Hedgeweek announces winners of US Emerging Managers Awards 2023

June 26, 2023

Hedgeweek has announced the winners of the Hedgeweek Emerging Managers Awards 2023, which recognise excellence among emerging hedge fund managers and their service providers.

Originally published by Hedgeweek on June 8th, 2023:

Voting for the awards, which were presented today (8 June) at an exclusive ceremony and networking event at the Convene 101 in New York, was conducted via an online poll of the entire Hedgeweek userbase, where participants were asked to make their choice among the shortlisted firms in each category.

The manager categories cover a wide spectrum of investment strategies and fund types, while the service provider categories span all the key areas of the broader hedge fund industry ecosystem.

Pre-selection data for the awards was provided by Bloomberg, based on 2022 Calendar Year fund performance (31 December, 2021 to 31 December, 2022).

To be eligible, nominees had to be primarily domiciled in either the United States or Canada. Managers represented are amongst the youngest reporting managers within their award universe.

For the service provider categories, the nominated firms are based on a widespread survey of more than 100 emerging hedge fund managers.

The winners are:
