Who is the end client?

When we contact you for a consultation or survey, we make sure to provide as much information as possible to make sure there is a fit. This includes what the client seeks to learn from a given audience about a specific industry or trend.

For example, we will withhold the company name but share that a large technology company is interested in learning from IT decision makers about purchasing models for cloud computing capacity including discounts such as spot instances/spot VMs.

Are responses anonymous?

Confidentiality and anonymity are of the highest importance at NewtonX. Projects are always anonymous unless stated at the outset and with the consent of our professionals.

Professionals participate as individuals who share experiences based on their long-standing careers, not employees or representatives of their organization. Per our terms and conditions, it is forbidden to share any Material Non-Public Information, confidential information or any information that cannot be disclosed as a result of existing contracts.

While it’s important we verify your identity to ensure high quality, human responses for our clients, we never share your personal information. Further, all exchanges are confidential.

How do I become a professional in the NewtonX network?

Our success in delivering great insights is our ability to connect our clients with the most relevant professionals available. We only reach out to professionals that match a very specific set of criteria for a given project.

How do I get paid?

We appreciate your time and work to ensure your payment process is as seamless as possible.

 

For Consultations:

Before starting your consultation, you will receive an email with a unique link. Here, you’ll sign our terms and conditions and provide your preferred payment email.

Upon completion of your consultation, you will be emailed a secure payment link from our reward partner Tremendous. It will allow you to choose between different payment options, including:

  • Gift cards (US & International)
  • Paypal (US & International)
  • ACH (US only)

Your payment will be processed within 1 week from your consultation date.

If you have an issue with your reward, please email help@tremendous.com.

If you did not receive your payment email, please contact payments@newtonx.com by forwarding the original email you received with the survey URL link.

 

For Surveys:

After completing a survey, you will be directed to add your preferred payment email address. You will then be emailed secure payment link from professionals@newtonx.com, where you can select your payment option from our partner Tremendous:

  • Virtual Visa debit card (US & International, dependent on country availability)
  • A selection of gift cards (US & International, dependent on country availability)

You will receive an email within 24 hours to claim your reward.
