Where were you before NewtonX?
I originally grew up in Massachusetts, but lived in Knoxville, Tennessee prior to moving to New York. Before working for NewtonX, I worked for SquareSpace and Amazon.
What do you do at NewtonX?
As Delivery Experience Team Lead, I oversee the team that manages our communication infrastructure for contacting professionals.
What do you enjoy / what energizes you about your work at NewtonX every day?
I get a big kick out of making my colleagues in Client Delivery more productive and happy.
What was your most interesting or impactful project?
My role in Cosmos has been the most interesting and impactful so far. I helped design the system that lets us scale our outreach to professionals, and oversaw the development and testing. I take an immense amount of pride in how well it came out.
Where were you before NewtonX?
Before NewtonX, I worked as a Data Engineer at a digital marketing firm. I started my career as a full stack software engineer at UPS and transitioned to data after getting my masters degree in Computer Science.
What do you do at NewtonX?
I'm a staff data engineer and I make the whole search process work.
What do you enjoy / what energizes you about your work at NewtonX every day?
Everyone is so kind. I've never had a negative interaction with any of my coworkers. Everyone is just excited to be working on interesting problems together.
What was your most interesting or impactful project so far?
I architected and built the improved search system that the company uses to source professionals for consultations and surveys. It's a large distributed system that processes tons of data every day.
Where were you before NewtonX?
I joined NewtonX a few months after graduating from Princeton University with a BA in Economics. I currently reside in Long Island, which is where I was born and raised.
What do you do at NewtonX?
I am a Senior Associate on the Client Delivery team. Once one of my Sales or Customer Success colleagues finalize a new project, they hand it over to us. We're responsible for all the moving parts necessary to successfully deliver the client's project.
What do you enjoy / what energizes you about your work at NewtonX every day?
My favorite part about working at NewtonX is seeing and interacting with my colleagues every day.
What has been your most interesting or impactful project so far?
I believe that the most interesting project I've worked on thus far has been a large survey on corporate cloud infrastructure trends.
Where were you before NewtonX?
I went to NYU and started working for NewtonX right after I graduated. I've interned at Citibank, Maguire Steele, and the UN. I've also lived in the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia and I studied abroad in Paris and London.
What do you do at NewtonX?
As a client delivery manager, I manage a team of four associates and two projects for Fortune 500 organizations and well known market research firms.
What do you enjoy / what energizes you about your work at NewtonX every day?
I love the people! I've made some amazing friends through this company and everyone's energy and spirit keeps me motivated.
What has been your most interesting or impactful project so far?
There is an advertising project for a top 4 tech company which happens every quarter or two. It is by far the most complex project I have worked on, with a quota of 150+ in place.
What did you do and where were you before NewtonX?
I worked at BBDO (one of the big 6 creative agencies) in New York City in the production department helping clients produce world-class TV advertisements.
What do you do at NewtonX?
I develop strategic relationships with new clients in an effort to accelerate their business growth through accessing high quality insights through NewtonX's proprietary AI driven search engine, the NX Graph.
What do you enjoy / what energizes you about your work at NewtonX every day?
Being able to wear multiple hats (i.e. help with hiring, onboarding, sales ops, sales enablement, admin, etc.) is rewarding, challenging, and exciting.
What was your most interesting or impactful project?
One of the more interesting projects I helped brainstorm and ultimately win was with a global music streaming platform where they were looking to optimize their direct response advertising.
Where were you before NewtonX?
I come from a small town in Poland and moved to NYC when I was 18. In May 2020, I graduated from NYU with a Bachelor's in Social Sciences (Economics concentration). NewtonX is my first job out of college.
What do you do at NewtonX?
Iām a Customer Success Associate and my main responsibility is to provide our returning clients with timely and comprehensive quotes for their projects.
What do you enjoy / what energizes you about your work at NewtonX every day?
For me, the best part about NewtonX is the people! I get to work with an amazing group of smart, driven and innovative people who come from different backgrounds.
What was your most interesting or impactful project?
My team is usually extremely busy with clients so we try to automate our process as much as possible. I was able to create an integration that automatically generates and fills out a contract document with specific project information.
